Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping and distribution.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as required.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Evening Shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) or Weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
