Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients with patience and professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Support inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
- Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies during all shifts
- Assist with store closing procedures including cleaning and securing premises
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass basic background check
