Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during high-volume evening and weekend shifts.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform light cleaning duties to uphold company hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends, including Sundays and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
