Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness during off-peak hours
- Assist with inventory counts and replenish products during overnight shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless shift transitions and operational efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols during late-night operations and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and/or weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation for varied shift schedules
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- 18+ years of age required for overnight positions
