Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support during evening (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Monitor security protocols and report any suspicious activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Maintain organized workspace and adhere to safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Document daily operations and submit shift reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Availability for minimum 2 weekend shifts and 3 evening shifts weekly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
