Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 8 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety standards and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students encouraged)
- Availability for minimum 20 hours/week including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation for varied shift scheduling
