Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and light food offerings
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume periods
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM onwards) and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
