Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food with attention to presentation and timing
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Food Handler certification preferred (will provide training)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
