Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening and weekend shifts
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy and timing
- Process payments and handle POS transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Availability for Friday/Saturday evenings (5pm-11pm) and Sundays (11am-8pm)
- Excellent knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and menu ingredients
- Ability to multitask during peak service hours
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must be 21+ to handle alcohol service
