Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests during evening and weekend shifts
- Expertly manage food/beverage orders using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment
- Maintain pristine dining area standards throughout shifts
- Process cash/credit transactions with precision and professionalism
- Support opening/closing procedures including station setup
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for Friday-Sunday evenings (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Must be 18+ with valid food handler certification
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of San Francisco dining scene a plus
