Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening and weekend hours
- Accurately process food orders and payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Upsell specialty dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environment
- Flexible availability for weekend and evening shifts (Fri-Sun, 4PM-11PM)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (Oregon OLCC certification preferred)
