- Provide personalized customer assistance with product selections and purchases during evening/weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - close) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
