As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great product.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with speed and accuracy to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise, dusting shelves, and restocking inventory.
- Monitor store appearance during non-peak hours to ensure a welcoming and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
