Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and handle cash/card payments accurately
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays throughout the store
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
