Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and checkout operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management when needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (after 4 PM) and weekends reliably
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
