Responsibilities
- Delight customers with product knowledge and exceptional service during peak evening/weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure store cleanliness during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and promotional goals
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation processes
- Support store operations during high-traffic weekend events
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
