Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and returns
- Manage inventory and stock shelves to maintain visual standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation updates
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening and weekend hours
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4pm-10pm) and weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
