Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory operations, including restocking shelves and conducting cycle counts
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Merchandise displays to drive sales and enhance visual appeal
- Collaborate with team members during high-traffic evening and weekend shifts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to work location
