Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during evening/weekend shifts
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance during all shift hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/card transactions
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
