Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Process sales transactions and manage cash registers
- Stock shelves and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team during peak evening/weekend rushes
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM onwards) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Reliable transportation to Keystone Avenue location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work at least 3 weekend shifts/month
