- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend hours (3 PM - 11 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 8 PM weekends)
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and checkout processes
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays daily
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings and weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
