Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours, including product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising to maintain store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak evening/weekend periods
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend hours
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
