Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening and weekend shopping hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Restock merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
- Support store operations during high-traffic weekend events and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (3PM-11PM) and weekends (Thu-Sun)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends a plus
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid CA driver's license (for potential inventory runs)
