- Deliver responsive customer support via virtual channels during assigned evening/weekend shifts
- Process data entry tasks with 99% accuracy using proprietary software
- Coordinate digital workflows and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with detailed notes
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams for seamless service delivery
- Meet weekly performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional email etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings (4pm-12pm) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
