Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during evening and weekend hours
- Accurately document patient vitals and medical records
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergencies
- Support discharge planning and family communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for varied shifts
- Commitment to weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
