Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage bar operations and beverage service during evening events
- Ensure seamless guest check-ins and reservations coordination
- Execute venue setup, cleanup, and maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Uphold strict health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 12 AM)
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- TAMMA (Tampa Alcohol Management & Awareness) certification a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for transport duties)
