Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage reservations and optimize room occupancy with advanced booking systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure premium facility standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services during weekend functions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent attention to detail and service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (must be open to variable shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with reservation software and point-of-sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
