Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening and weekend shifts (12 PM - 8 PM weekdays, 8 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Assist with patient mobility, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Respond to patient inquiries and address immediate healthcare needs
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA, EMT, or medical assistant certification preferred)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
