Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening/weekend shifts

- Assist with inventory management and store operations during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional events during weekend shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
