Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email during evening/weekend shifts
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries using proprietary CRM systems
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in compliance protocols
- Collaborate with on-site teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Availability for 3+ evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) OR weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Proficient in multitasking with digital tools (CRM, email, chat platforms)
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and patience
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Austin-based service center
- Ability to pass basic background check and drug screening
