Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and special orders
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during low-traffic evening hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Participate in evening inventory audits and store closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 3 weekdays/weekends)
