- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and weekend operations

- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends

- Proficiency with booking software (e.g., Opera, ResPro)

- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
