Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Manage inventory and restock supplies during shifts
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend activities
- Maintain clean and organized facilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Document daily activities and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Valid California driver's license (if transport required)
