Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service throughout store hours
- Operate POS systems efficiently and process transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and inventory inquiries
- Maintain organized, visually appealing displays and store cleanliness
- Process merchandise shipments and maintain stockroom organization
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening and weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to High Street location
