Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage reservations and bookings with precision and attention to detail
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service transitions

Qualifications
