Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Operate store equipment, such as registers, scales, and safety devices, in accordance with company protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
