Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock inventory and organize displays to maintain a high-standard shopping environment.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend event areas.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming during evening hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
