Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer support during evening/weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store appearance
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and promotional events

Qualifications

- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
