Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all shoppers
- Operate POS systems, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash management
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Process returns, exchanges, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Support opening/closing procedures including cash register balancing
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions

- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
