- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile during peak evening/weekend hours
- Efficiently operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Uphold safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Process online orders and fulfill curbside pickups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
