Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-energy casino/resort setting
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests
- Operate gaming machines and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across assigned areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak evening and weekend shifts
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Nevada Gaming License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills in English
- 21+ years of age (required for alcohol service)
