Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise with visual merchandising standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store environments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit location
