Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
