Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to resort guests across dining, entertainment, and gaming areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations per company standards
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend entertainment activities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in a high-energy environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM) and weekend schedules
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during peak hours
