Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve specialty beverages and cafe menu items
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer areas
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- Current student enrollment or recent graduate status preferred
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 3 shifts/week)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
