Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during evening shifts.
- Process invoices, orders, and returns with high accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods as needed during the night shift.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible evening hours (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
