Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and in the warehouse to ensure high visibility and availability.
- Perform daily inventory checks and report discrepancies to management promptly.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist customers with finding products and answering basic inquiries.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Unload delivery trucks and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work evenings, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
