Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays throughout the store
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Rotate stock according to FIFO principles to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with overnight crew to prepare store for morning operations
- Assist with deep cleaning and sanitation protocols
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to store location
