Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entry to the store, providing exceptional customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise, ensuring products are organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor throughout your shift, including cleaning spills and restocking fitting rooms.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise features and availability.
- Process cash and card transactions with strict adherence to company cash handling policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
