Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using POS systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and meet daily goals.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a friendly and problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (students welcome).
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
